Do you close for special events?
​
Our facility is available for tournaments, members unlimited access, small parties, a night out, you name it. There are occasions where we will be closed to the public for private groups who reserve the whole facility for their event. On those occasions, N.E.S. Cornhole Lounge will the closed to the public. Do I need to pay admission to enter?

Everyone age 5 and over who is not a member is required to purchase a day pass to enter. Don’t want the fun to end? Don’t worry, you can upgrade your pass to one of our monthly memberships on the day of your visit and apply your day pass rate to your monthly membership fee! You can see our membership options here.

There doesn't seem to be enough parking! Where can I park?
​
Au contraire mon frere. There are hundreds of FREE parking spaces in the parking garages throughout West Broad Village. There are lots of open parking spots in the garage directly behind NES Cornhole Lounge. P4 is the parking garage number behind us. There are also three other parking garages in West Broad Village.
Is there an age limit to enter?
​
Cornhole is a fun and enjoyable sport that you can play for most any age. Our venue is a state-of-the-art family-friendly facility with professional cornhole equipment. The atmosphere is one that may not be as enjoyable for small children. We kindly ask that all children are very closely supervised when in the venue for their safety. We do not allow guests under 21 without a supervising adult who is at least 21.
How does unlimited access work for members?

We offer three membership types.
As a VIP Monthly Member, you would enjoy unlimited access to the facility everyday during normal operating hours, when we are open to the public. You would also receive two free guest Day Passes each month to share with your friends or co-workers, 10% off their food and drink items, and $10 off N.E.S. Cornhole Tournaments.
As a Regular Monthly Member, you would enjoy unlimited access to the facility everyday during normal operating hours, when we are open to the public. You would also enjoy one free guest Day Pass each month to share with your buddy.

Family/Household Members receive unlimited access to the facility everyday during normal operating hours when we are open to the public. $50 for household of 5 and $10 for each additional family/household member.

What time do you open?
We wish we could keep the fun going 24 hours, but that’s just not practical. We designed our hours to give our guest a relaxing and fun end to a long day. We open at 4 PM Monday – Friday, 11 AM Saturday, and noon on Sunday.
How do I book a birthday party?
​
We’re glad you asked! You can book a party online by clicking the VIP Party Suite tab or Private Events tab above or booking it in-person any day during normal business hours. If you’re unsure what package you need or how the party process works, then booking your event in person is your best option. Of course, you can always call, but why not come by and throw a few bags around while you book your party. If you get an Airmail, we might even give you a few party perks!
What if I don't know how to play cornhole?
​
No worries! Cornhole is an easy game to learn. We have staff members who would be glad to show you the basics. Cornhole players also tend to be very friendly and helpful. So, don't worry about it, come in and keep practicing and you can be tournament-ready in no time!
What if I have more guest for a birthday party than I thought when I booked the party?
​
The more, the merrier! You can add additional guests if you’d like! When you arrive, we will give you a wristband for each guest and add the additional guest to your reservation. This will help us know how many courts to reserve for your party. There is a refundable deposit to hold your date and time for your party. The balance of the party package is paid on the day of your event. We hold the date for you, so we don’t double book the party room, party courts, and VIP courts. So, we ask that you kindly give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your date. We try our best to give you every opportunity to make your party stress-free and enjoyable!

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! We are a veteran and first-responder owned and operated business. We offer both a Veteran and First Responder discount. We also offer an AARP discount. See the front desk with your ID for your membership discount.
Can we come in to decorate before the event?
​
We want every guest to have the party of their dreams. With that in mind, we have to manage staff and venue resources to ensure each party guest receives a quality experience. If you desire more time to decorate the party room, you can add additional time to your booking reservation to ensure you have enough time to decorate and remove decorations brought in at the end of your party. If you blow up balloons and make a balloon arch, for example, those balloons will need to be taken with your or popped and placed in the trash before you leave. Breaking down decorative displays needs to be done within the contract time so that our employees have full access to the venue to clean for the next event.
What is your policy regarding guns on the premise?

In Virginia, under the Code of Virginia § 18.2-308.012 B. No person who carries a concealed handgun onto the premises of any restaurant or club as defined in § 4.1-100 for which a license to sell and serve alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption has been granted by the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority under Title 4.1 may consume an alcoholic beverage while on the premises. A person who carries a concealed handgun onto the premises of such a restaurant or club and consumes alcoholic beverages is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
